We would like to showcase events (including seminars, conferences, workshops, sports events, movie screenings and other events), where the event organiser:

• Inform participants that there are water bottle refilling points available at the event venue
• Encourage participants to bring their own refillable water bottles for free water refill
• Eliminate or reduce providing single-use bottled water at the event

How It Works

1. Sign up your event using the form below and we will contact you within 7 working days.
2. Once approved, we will write about your event in our blog.
3. On your website or marketing material, encourage participants to bring their own refillable water bottles for free water refill and show the location of the water bottle refilling points available at the event venue.
4. Eliminate or reduce the giving out of single-use bottled water at the event.
5. On the day of the event, set up the water bottle refilling points for participants to refill their water bottles by self-service or by a service staff.
