mywaterbottle donating profits to support charity: water
Through the mywaterbottle campaign, we promise that we will donate part of our profits from the sale of the refillable water bottles, to support water projects in developing countries that provide clean and safe drinking water.
Last year, we supported charity: water, an international non-profit bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. charity: water works with more than 20 implementing water partners in 16 countries on water projects such as hand-dug wells, drilled wells, rehabilitations, spring protections, rainwater catchments and BioSand filters. We promised to donate S$1 for each water bottle sold.
In 2011, we sold a total of 63 bottles, so we donated a total sum of S$63 (US$49) to charity: water on 13 Jan 2012.
This year, we will continue to support charity: water and donate S$1 for each water bottle sold. If you wish to buy a Nalgene water bottle, you can visit Tree In Lodge to buy the bottles.
